Established in 1998, Tacos La Bufadora was our original restaurant, where we began our journey and offered authentic Mexican dishes and drinks. Since then, our family-owned business has grown into our new brand name, La Bufadora Baja Grill. Along our journey, we began manufacturing and supplying our products through TLB Food Factory.

With the growth in popularity of our flagship restaurant and high demand for our dishes, we seized an opportunity to expand our footprint and menu by re-branding and opening Bufadora Baja Grill. Since that time, we have expanded to 11 locations in California. We offer a variety of delicious Baja Mexico and other traditional Mexican dishes. Our delicious homemade and flavorful recipes will satisfy any appetite.
TLB Food Factory
TLB Food Factory filled a need for restaurants locally and nationwide by supplying them with authentic quality, wholesale Mexican food products. We offer an extensive selection of Mexican foods, including wholesale meats, fish, poultry, tortillas, chiles, cheese, beans, chips, produce, tamales, rice, and much more. We are the exclusive “Bufadora Baja Grill” distributor.
